This Well-being Watch post is a little different than the rest of them. September is Suicide Prevention Month. Although Andy and I want to spread awareness for this month — like in all of our other articles — we do not feel that we can guarantee our writing about the subject matter will do it justice. In an effort to both inform and support our readers, we have opted to provide a list of resources regarding Suicide Prevention Awareness Month rather than summarize them ourselves. We hope that they may be beneficial to anyone who checks them out. For now, just know that whether you yourself are dealing with mental health challenges or not, you are loved, deserving, and strong. I promise that there are people who will help you, whether that be someone you personally know or a resource provided below.
